A personal training session with me is more than just counting reps and watching form. I am devoted to providing you with the most well planned program based off of your needs as an athlete. When you sign up for Personal or Small Group sessions you'll receive a specialized program built for your personal goals, that includes training to do when you're not with me!

Personal Sessions

Personal training sessions with Coach Sonya are the best option if you need a specific plan only for you! They are the best way to get you to the next level!

Group Sessions

Small group sessions are for 2 or more teammates. This is a great way to practice extra work with YOUR team! Get ahead of the game with small group training.

Just need to find out how to be more efficient with your form? Let's get a running analysis done! This can be done in person or virtually. Get specific drills you need to improve!
