SPRINT Training Camp Information

The So Fast Sprint Training Camp is a 6 week program designed to help athletes perfect the fundamentals of sprinting. This program is ideal for athletes of any sport who need speed training and acceleration development.

Practice begins on Tuesday, September 3rd and runs until Thursday, October 10th. Practice will be held at St. Michael's Preparatory on Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30p to 8:00p.

Coach Sonya

Coach Sonya has coached track and field for 10 years at the high school and college level. She holds several performance training certifications through USATF, NASM and The Cooper Institute. She has coached numerous USATF and AAU Junior Olympians. Many of her athletes have gone on to play sports in college. As an athlete she competed for Rutgers University in the Pole Vault and 400m.
